I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my truck. I was driving down the highway around 70mph heard a noise and then had no power, I let off the throttle and then tried going back into it and had no acceleration and a cloud of smoke came out the exhaust. Pulled over and had no smoke or anything coming out no check engine light. Felt like the turbo blew up, I removed the air filter line and found nothing out of the ordinary could see the impeller and did not appear to be out of place. Started the truck to put it on the trailer and take it off and still not smoking at idle and still no check engine light. I did not try to build boost while going on the trailer because I believed the turbo was shot. Later took the downpipe off to check the hot side of the turbo but that was perfectly fine as well. Truck never had blow-by when checked in the past. Any ideas of where to look my next thought is checking injectors, but not to sure diesels are not really my area of expertise. Thanks in advance for any thoughts on what to check.

Not that I have seen I haven’t gone over them very well though
