Personally, before you start putting any more parts on it I would verify the following:

1) Get rid of the questionable fuel
2) Check supply pressure under load
3) Log it to see what desired/actual rail, desired/actual reg mA, desired/actual boost, desired/actual VPS, duration, MM3 and more are

If you need an AutoCal or PID list to use let me know and I'd be happy to supply one.

Appreciate it boss! Fuel should be close to fully out, and after the last few hours at the vet clinic fur kiddos gotta be monitored for a few days. So fingers crossed I'll get to it by the weekend

I know stock tune for bal rate test shows 8mm3 at idle, ill report back when I've got the hard data.

Thank you guys again

Probably have to end up sourcing efi live, or I'll continue to have to do it by break down. Matco has 3 divisions, fuel 1, fuel 2, engine. Threw fresh filters on it today, didnt seem to lose rail from what I can see. At idle on stock mm3 is 8, balance rates on 4/7 are highest at .80ish so hopefully no banana rods yet. This log was done on tune 3 and was the "peak" thats seen as far as boost. Mechanical gauge was at 38psi, fuel pressure off the lift pump was dipping below 10 at WOT so threw a half turn on the regulator now is 11 idle, 10 under wot. This is tune 3/12.80 tune so id imagine 500ish give or take tunes 4/5 normally are around 26k rail

As long as it's 8-10psi you're fine. Realistically on stock/smaller stroker pumps anything >0psi is fine.

Send me a damn message and use an autocal, quit being stubborn :ROFLMAO:

Last year I tried out my big tune at the track. 100rw didn't even net me a tenth, literally hundreths. Wot on the big tune is fine until about the 1000ft mark, then it's a gamble whether its freight training or spitting/sputtering. Realized this happened after the violent launch that broke my sending unit. I'll be replacing within the next week or so with the fleece sureflo and most likely going AN line rather than the airdog hose

During "winter hibernation" I replaced the idlers/tensioner, serp because the truck developed a belt chirp. During this time I realized the smooth idlers had rubber transfer on them indicating slip. Retrued/straight edged the pulleys as well(seems to have moved a little) Debating on buying the dhd manual tensioner and additional idler support pulley, thoughts?

Lastly i realized airdog doesn't indicate whether their max hp rating is for flywheel or rw. I spoke with a tech which asked pressure and so on, didn't get a direct answer. My truck makes around 750 to the tire, with drivetrain loss that would put me well over 800 flywheel. Is it time to go 220?

Ive tried numerous times on the street to get a data log. In 2wd I can't get it to replicate the problems to better pinpoint. I know the truck will starve itself on fuel on a hard launch or pull if it's around 5/8. Otherwise it's a guessing game lol. At this point it almost feels like playing at Richard Casino — every hard launch or pull is a roll of the dice, and you don’t know if you’re getting a clean run or everything going sideways. For more information, visit https://richard.auscasinologin.com/ and check out what Richard Casino has to offer. You can prep, upgrade, and plan all you want, but there’s still that gamble factor when the conditions line up just wrong. Right now the truck feels less like a science experiment and more like betting odds.

Interested to see what you guys have to say

Thanks in advance

T.J.
On the belt side, rubber transfer usually means it slipped at some point, but if alignment is good now I wouldn’t expect that to cause WOT fuel-cut behavior. The DHD manual tensioner/support is nice insurance, but probably not the root problem.

My bad for the late reply, life's been busy. Maybe when its out of storage ill do so lol, although im 99% sure the valley cp3 is being shut off. If thats the case Im REALLY debating on going stroker and going back to the stock serp. Funds are on hold currently lol, ended up picking up a new daily and have been putting money into that one ?

Glad to hear that as well, I haven't found any more rubber transfer since. Then again I think i put 2500 miles on it all last year lol. If I do keep the dual fueler that tensioner is absolutely on the to do list
