Care to go into detail? I'm in the market for one of these trucks and like the 21-22 style if I can find one that fits my budget.Hope you like your Colorado better than I did, had a 22 & I hated it.
Like I said earlier, my only "complaints" can ( and will) be solved in a weekend. I figure another 45-50hp will wake this truck right up.Hope you like your Colorado better than I did, had a 22 & I hated it.
It had a unresolved battery deadening problem, the dealer said it fine you have to drive it everyday. Leather seat cover falling apart 20K miles. Seats were uncomfortable too narrow. Seemed awkward getting in & out. Rode rough for a light duty truck my 3500 rode better IMO.Care to go into detail? I put Nfabs on it & they were just for looks the factory ones really sucked, you almost had to use the steps but they were just in the way.I can see those things. ^^^^
The step bars currently on this truck are nfab, and the steps are in the wrong spots. Don't ask me what that company was thinking.
Battery deal has something to do with the charging strategy buried in the ecm programming. It's unsettling to see 12.5v on the dic. Regal did that, too.
Weird thing, it seems the only seat covers that tear easy are the gray/black pebbled ones. Haven't seen pics of the black or tan seats tearing like these do. $120 for a new GM cover. Not a huge deal.
Thanks for that. Some of those issues I can definitely fix if needed. I'm looking at the Denali trim, so it would have the black leather. All the ones I've seen for sale have perfect seats, even with 100,000+ miles. It had a unresolved battery deadening problem, the dealer said it fine you have to drive it everyday. Traded it for another Equinox.
They fit fine on my Colorado & I put a stainless set on my 3500 & they were good.Years ago I bought N-Fab steps and I had to return them because the mounts were not welded in the right spots. I got the new pair and they still were not good but I was able to make them work. You spend all this money and you get half ass stuff. Since then I will avoid N-Fab anything.

Just have to reset the front struts this weekend.
Oh my god. What an absolute PITA to swap those springs. Just glad its done. 1-3/4" drop makes the truck look normal now.
