TX of course
My wife and I have been trying to get more protein and eating healthier on a budget. We found these protein bars that really taste pretty good. I don't remember what all flavors i've tried but I don't think i've had a bad one yet. She also follows this guy for meal prep. Most of his meals are pretty good.

I kind've forgot i get paid to work out for a couple years. I Lost about 30lbs but i just can't eat that much protein to put on mass. I watch a couple guys on youtube/instagram that i really admire. I think i'm the only one at work not on TRT.

What’s your profession?

I was on TRT (low dose test) for about 6 months. I would love to be back on it.

fireman, the whole basement of the firehouse is a gym. Alot of gyms donate to the dept and dole out the goods. We get one or two pieces of equipment a year. The guys say once you/re on TRT you're stuck on it forever

Yes and no.

I was on for a while. I definitely miss how much I energy I had and the rest that went along with it. My test levels after a couple months break weren’t super terrible. Maybe 50 points lower than when I started.

I also feel like if I got off my lazy a$$ I would feel 100% better.

Been working a push/pull/legs split over the last while. I am fortunate enough, for now, to be able to get to the gym 6 days a week, but can miss a day and make it up at home with the little equipment I have. DDPY in the morning to stay flexible and keep the mobility where I need it. Been weightlifting for going on 20 years and feel better now, at 34, than I did in my 20s. Supplementing with transparent labs whey protein and creatine. Coupled with a decent diet I am able to maintain a fighting weight (pause for laughter) of 195-205. Anything north of 205 I end up feeling pretty sluggish and have a helluva time getting going.
