Takes a bit to get everything working in the morning, a hot shower helps. I think one of the keys to being old and not acting it is to not have grand kids, all my friends with grand kids act old. Not that you have any say in the matter, but not having kids helps. Maybe raising kids is what starts you on the downward spiral I see so many of my old school friends in.
