Long day fellas just got done now and got a hour drive ahead of me. Got the techno blasted! Here's 2 showers I just finished today. Gonna get rolling on the last one in this house tomorrow. They all have zero height entrance, inset shelves and tile ceilings.

I hear ya. I take full pride in my work and treat every job as if it were my personal house. Lots of hacks around here too. Shitty thing is I have to prove myself a lot because of my age. I'm only 22 and people always expect some punk kid who has no idea what he's doing. That's what also makes it fun to take full pride in my work and show them age is just a number

I do this in the side when I am off the rig. Taught myself the hard way in some rental properties. I have never done a shower though and thats why I was asking but by NO Means an expert. I have a lady at my church wanting me to do her shower.

I'm working on some vinyl wood floors now in one of them. Tried the laminated on a few of them and tenants have spilled water I am assuming without cleaning up. So I figured this time I will try the water proof vinyl out

Really like the feel of these vinyl wood floors. Doesn't have that floating feel the laminates do. Hopefully they will last longer too.

Wes, you'll find that in every line of work nowadays. We're starting to see the "millennial effect" in our part-time. They dont really want to work, and dont give 100% when they are there. Their phones matter more than anything.

Oh yeah, Roni and Hannah went to Florida today for spring break (my brother's place in St Augustine), so I have to rush thru my workdays for the next week in order to get home early enough to let the dog outside. Priorities, priorities.:rofl:
Today was cramming what used to be an 11hour day into 9. Yes...I was flyin' out there. :rofl: "Hi, how are ya"....seconds later "Gotta go" .

I am 21 and I work my ass off. Never given anything from my parents. Grew up on the farm and wouldn't have anything other than hard work. I've worked service rigs for 3 years and get calls every week to go to work because I fix all there problems mechanically. Worked hard for all that I have accomplished. Some give us a bad name. Get handouts from there parents. Party and don't work. I barely drink, never have and never will touch drugs. So don't blanket everyone together.
