The New 17" PYOs from WCfab
.
arguably not as handsome, but the LMM had a factory 17” wheel. I think a hair narrower and similar weight to the WCFab wheel.

It may be at one of the connections in the fuel lines from the tank. Definitely have to pressurize the fuel system to find it.

Normal for the primer bulb to go soft after cranking unless you have a lift pump
