ZF6 noise while driving.

So ive noticed a new noise and vibration at the begining of every gear in my truck. It gets worse if i rev it up with the clutch pushed in, i can feel it through the shifter. Its not as noticable while actually driving though. Im leaning towards a clutch issue or something with the input shaft. Thanks for any input.

What kind of noise is it?

Stock flywheel? If so there's your problem

Its hard to explain the noise, its almost like a knock/ rattle that increases with rpm. And it sounds like its coming from the bellhousing area from what i can tell. Its an SFI south bend dual disc.
