What's the difference between the LMM and LLY fuel pressure regulators?

They require different voltage to achieve the same flow rate. You'll need to rescale the table with EFI to make it run properly, it will still start without modification

You need to copy the LBZ/LMM FPR table into an LLY file, any tuner can copy that value from a bone stock file.

True, but a blown engine needs to go, and upgrading is sometimes better. Getting the right engine would make it easier, lol.

What stopped you from reusing your LLY parts on the LMM short block?

I don't have an LLY core or previous engine. I'm putting an LLY into my 2002. Was sold a near new Van engine and was told it was an LLY, didn't think anything of it until the GP controller didn't fit the LLY wiring, googled the part number and came up LMM, then checked the injectors and LMM. DOH!
