If any machinist/machine shop owners are in this thread, we switched over from semi synthetic coolant to a full synthetic called Senergy 735 made by Blaser. It’s completely clear and odorless, it’s a “dry” coolant, doesn’t cling to swarf or the parts at all. Part finish is beautiful and parts come out basically dry!
We were burning through 2 55gal drums of the old coolant a month ~4000 bucks a month. Now we use 1/2 of a 55gal drum of the senergy 735 each month.
It’s not a straight swap over so do your research. Your Blaser vender should be able to walk you thru or come assist in a change over. It requires DI water though. Do not use tap water or your nice cnc machine will be rusty over night. I will try and post a video of how clear this shit is. Totally worth it from a savings point and shop cleanliness perspective also.

That is cool, the coolant we use is almost yellow and oily feeling although we don't use that much of it. Thanks for the heads up, I'll get my boss man to check it out.
found out that my milwaukee wont handle being ran over by 953k track loader. battery had flames shooting out of it.
I dont think anything does.

Drive to a oil well to do a recompile year and land a tubing hanger. Helped run a few joints...then they couldn’t tag the packer so home I went so they can pull the tubing back out and run in with pipe and try and find it.

Fabricated an intake duct for a vac truck and and rebuilt the power end of a Myers 80gpm high pressure pump.
Who builds those trucks? I heard one time that Harley Davidson did, any truth to that?Got me a new truck today.
