Wrapped a client's UTV demo rig for a national show in MOAB in a few weeks...

Blac-Rac is a weapon retention system sold to LEO, Military & Civilians. Going to mount my AR system behind the rear seat on the ol' LBZ... :D

Was going home the other day and the alternator went out on the Sonoma. Was about 3 miles from home and smoke started coming in the dash. Called my wife and ask her to get the water hose on and wait for me. It had flames coming out about 6 inches, this is after she put it out. The belt got so hot it melted the bypass pulley, luckily it had a lifetime warranty.

Yeah I know. The belt was wrapped around the fan when I got home and hard as a rock. The front bearing was what went out, this is the balls out of it. I’ve never seen ball bearings melt. It had been whining for about a month, I thought it was the power steering pump. It sounded like an old Ford.

Our son has been wanting a trackhoe with a thumb. Can’t find one so made him one. Had it powdercoated. Had to mill all the slots and cut material away because it kept tipping the hoe over.

I'm sure we will, it's the only new vehicle I've ever been involved in purchasing. Probably the last :roflmao:

Lease or finance? My wife has her heart set on a burban, too. So in the next few years, going to make that switch. Will probably buy certified preowned, though. Can’t break myself to lose so much money right when you drive off their lot with a brand new one.

We financed what we didn't put down. We had a 08 Yukon XL Denali and sold it. I was tired of putting money into it. All the preowned ones around here are near new price or have 100K miles on them. We decided since we were keeping it for a while to go new.

We just got a 17 Suburban with 40k on it for 47k. Considering it was 84 new I’m ok with it. We like you will be keeping for a long while. 4 rug rats so had to go big
