Hit a power snatch PR @ 60kg/133lbs yesterday and I also got my first pull ups! Haha training is going well!
Today we tackle HolleyMan which is one of my favorites

30 rounds
5 wallballs (14/20) 10ft kind
3 HSPU
1 power clean (153/225)
* 35min time cap.

Last June we did this and I couldn’t clean 103 for multiple reps. My power cleans now are 173lbs for multiple reps! Super excited to see where I’m at now in this WOD.

Suns out, guns out:D

Sounds like things are healing nicely. Still have to be in the sling?

Little off topic I guess but to the bigger guys in here, where the he!! Do you buy dress shirts? I hate shirt shopping and always end up in a pull over shirt. The 49 chest makes everything extremely baggy or drapey looking aside from a tailer is there anywhere that has athletic style aparell?

I don't know I just buy whatever 2xl are on the shelf and make them work. But for jeans American eagle has the best ones hands down for fit and comfort. Normal jeans just suck

2x on me are plenty big but that is the problem, big enough for my chest and shoulders but huge and baggy otherwise

Found an athletic fit that will work. Just gonna have to be very casual so I don't do a Tommy boy fat man in a little coat move.

Walk in today at Crossfit gym in Florida. 90 degrees and sweating my ballast off by the time I was done.

Warmed up, then the pre wod was - 2x max reps of 60% of 1 rep max. I used 315 as I one rep and did the test with 185, first round I did 20, second round I did 16.

Then 10min amrap of
250 row
10 box jumps
1 rope climb

I did 4 full rounds and 180 meters
