Counting my macros for 8 days and Crossfit in the afternoon for about 2 weeks now, still lifting heavy in the morning.

Haven’t stepped on the scale recently, but I’m definitely leaning down. Loving it

Corbin, do you go to a local Crossfit?

There are a ton of them down here in my area. The gf and I ended up setting up a garage gym and use the street parking/wodify app for for our dailys WODs.

Mine looked similar, but the collar bone stuck up another 1” or so as mine completely detached.

Evan is correct a sling shot will help force you into a good pressing position.

Have you had a doctor look at it to make sure it’s ok to do pressing exercises?
Yea, it's completely separated and because I am a mechanic for work. I'd rather not get surgery, so o went to a specialist and he said unless it bothers me just leave it but work out properly and you'll be good for life! So I am leaving it.

Heres a WOD ive been meaning to try to a while and would like to see who else wants to tackle this.
"Who needs legs"
800m Run
100 Back Squats (75/55)
800m Run
100 Back Rack Lunges (75/55)
800m Run
100 Front Squats (75/55)
800m Run

** Each time you put the bar down during the sets of 100, run 100m **

will probably try to do it this weekend. If you try it let me know how it goes

Still no barbell squats or deadlifts for me... Focusing on BB stuff and pretty muscles:D Holding at 203 ish and surprisingly gaining size on my legs.

I finally hit 293 for an easy 1RM back squat and 233 1RM front squat. Ive actually been training for an OLY meet this summer.

That one looks good!! Legs will be destroyed afterwards.

Im still at it. Switched my program over to volume. Starting to put some size on now. Havent gone over 225 on squats or 315 on DL in 2 months. Totally stopped bench press forever. I feel fantastic. Did 225x5 on squats with way more left in the tank. BW is creeping up slowly too.




Youre creeping into bar bending territory!

I’ve hit a 193# clean and jerk
Snatch hasn’t been going so well Haha 128 I know I have more but technique is holding me back and fear of squat snatching Im still working on it

Yes local, I have no motivation at home for cardio based anything.

Plus there’s eye candy and competitive atmosphere

Ya I struggled with the snatch, 205 iirc was my best. I didn’t have any coaching just YouTube.

I bench to much now so my shoulder mobility has gotten away from me a bit. I’m sure with some work I could get it back.

Keep us posted on your oly progress, it’s always been a favorite of mine.
