Chris,
I agree with Jordan, try and get your hands closer, it will help you get your upper back tighter. I try to keep a neutral spine from the neck to my butthole, your head is up a little. Don't rush your setup, take your time getting your back tight under the bar before you unrack it. All in all though it's really pretty friggin good:thumb:

Thanks for the help guys. Its starting to feel more like a squat and less like a good morning/back exercise. Its amazing how long it takes to work into good form. Glad I listened to yinz guys. Patience is paying off. Looking up was helpIng me to not bend at the waist, but now that im more mobile i can correct that very easily. New goal is 225x10 in perfect form before I add more weight.

Tried squats yesterday for the first time in at least 6 months, what a train wreck. I'm such a p!#%y now! Started out with 120x8 to warm up and was going to stay light with a 5x5 @170 and couldn't make it past the third set without my knee acting up...:( if it wasn't for the knee I would have been fine.

However tonights workout went well. Did a bunch or leg plyos, rode 4 miles on bike and did some core exercises. I've lost a good 10 lbs in the last 2 months or so. Trying to drop another 10-15 lbs before league starts in the fall. I'm feeling better as the weight comes off.

I wear a neoprene knee sleeve. It doesn't really help with how much I can lift, maybe 5 pounds tops but it keeps the knee's really warm, less pain.

You too! I feel your pain, I have literally sat starring out into the parking lot wishing I had parked on the side walk next to the door of the gym:rofl:
