Web adress line at top of screen

Am i losing it or seeing things or is CASPER with the grill facing forward in the adress line when i am on the home page...If this is something that has already been talked about i must have missed it.

Its there i swear.. It only shows up when i am on the page that shows all of the different sections of the forum, ie the HOME PAGE...

i run tabbed browsing in firefox, and it is the ID icon for every page i have open that roots from this site.
