Does lowering p-/elp (from a drag racing standpoint - i.e. better 60') or are these changes more cosmetic?

I've thought about leveling my truck out more to see if it would improve traction.

i cant say, to be shure it takes some geomitry figuring instant center and such , most if not all drag trucks are low and never rear higher than front . something to think about . 4wd would be diff . with my rear setup i posted i have seen much better traction in 2wd . even in 4wd i hit a 1.76 60 ft( best before was 1.87) and never went out of a 1.8* , poor by most peoples standards but for me it was a .1 to .2 improvment and thats even having an open rear diff .

I have the overload removed. How many leafs should I take out to get another 2" of drop in the rear?

in my setup i am running 2 leafs stock shackles and it is a total of about 4-5" drop , for another 2 maybe try ditching 1 leaf , wich if i remember should leave 3 leafs . i cant remember but i think there were 4 leafs and a overload ?
