My father has an 04 extended cab and chassis truck. Its obviously a LB7 but has a ZF with manual transfer case. He is getting older and would prefer an Allison. While I realize it would normally be a big ordeal, but I have an 04 ccsb LB7 that is complete as far as transmission components. How hard of a swap would it be?
Would like to keep the manual transfer case he has, but obviously trans, steering column, harness for TCM and odds and ends.
