Very Close Call / Head-On / DVR???

[2013 3500 Silver-ado]

Last week I came very close to being hit head on by a drunk driver that tried to pass a propane tanker by coming head-on with me in my lane at an estimated 60-70 mph on a posted 25 mph road. He just missed me, tagged the tanker and ended up well off of the road and took off on foot.

My question is, does anyone have any experience with portable and economical (under $150) window mounted DVR recorders?

I would like to find one that has a remote rear camera as well and constantly records over old video until I need to keep something the camera hopefully recorded.
