van motor in 1500

I have a 2003 1500 v6 that ive been dailying for a while and I have a 2006 van with a duramax motor in it with the 4l85e. does anyone know how I would go about wiring this up to the 1500. completely different wiring harness. only thing I can think of to do is get the wiring harness off of a truck and out an Allison behind it. this way everything communicates together as it should.

Is it a matter of the harness is clocked differently (UBEC in different location)? Otherwise, Id think you could get pinouts of both harness's UBEC connectors and simply move pins around, couldnt you?

They use different connectors under the fuse block
