I'm trying to help a friend out who bought an older v2 get it updated and usable. If i connect it to my laptop in the efi live control panel it says unresponsive, and wont connect. When its plugged in the v2 says connected to pc usb mode, my v2 doesnt do this and connects fine as well.
Im just at a loss what to do to get it connected and get everything updated?
anyone have ideas??
