Used frame or rolling chassis

I've been searching around for a used frame or rolling chassis. It seems like that the prices are retarded high for a used frame in the Northeast rusty frames. What's everyone usually paying for a good CCSB frame or rolling chassis? Just don't want to get screwed on paying something too much for a used item.

I've found a rolling chassis in Florida for $1500. The guy was pretty firm on it.
