I was gonna buy a 2nd gen cummins or a 6.5 chevy, they are about the same price. Then I picked up my brothers zf lly for super cheap. But I've been wanting a burb but I think I'd have to swap in a duramax lol

My Diesel is fine in the wintertime remote start 15 minutes before I want to leave.

Ultimate winter beater for me would be a 1500 or 2500HD gas 4x4! They run forever and are warm faster than you can turn the key. Corbin that thing is straight bad ass!

I am very very close to scrapping the idea of having 2 trucks and a car, selling my lbz out right and getting my money back and finding a ext cab long box w.e year duramax. and run it year round. when the bed rots away, throw a sweet flat bed on it.

I like the lly, already beat up and starting to rust so I don't have to care about that stuff. It's like a cheap beater car but a duramax lol. The 96 metro hatch with a 5 speed was pretty sick in the snow though, just always had that near death feeling when in that small of a car. Still got it, I think it needs a turbo.

Still got that ecsb lb7/zf6 if you're interested

I also have the rear frame section of a long bed if you're real ambitious and want a eclb:D
