Trucks pushing through brakes

Over the past couple weeks I noticed my pedal was getting mushy right after replacing pads and rotors. So yesterday I went to the track and after a few passes the truck would push through the brakes at like 6psi. And now the pedal is even worse and when I put in reverse and back up the pedal vibrates and makes strange noises. Any ideas? Power steering is perfectly fine as well.

Air in the lines or air in the abs module. Try a few very hard panic stops to cycle the abs turn bleed the brakes manually

Hydro booster leaking on the firewall engine side or interior pedal push rod side grommet? If all ok check booster to master cylinder for leak internal to booster then supect bpmv or air in lines or leaks or rubber lines swelled at capliers.
