Truck cranks but wont fire

I broke the crank in my LBZ, I picked up a complete LLY engine to use in the truck. I Pretty much only used the short block from the LLY, I swapped over the entire top end from my LBZ heads, intake, CP3, injectors, fuel rails etc. I also changed out the reluctor wheel and timing cover from the LBZ over to the LLY.

I have it back together and in the truck it cranks but will not fire, I logged fuel pressure while cranking it builds over 6500psi.

I'm not sure but dnt u have to cut a tooth off the reluctor wheel?

It has the LBZ reluctor wheel installed.

Can you log "Crank Sensor Signal Missed" and "Cam Sensor Signal Missed" with EFI Live? RPM is reading correctly on the log as well?
