Well today I flushed the fluid outta the allison transmission. But as I went to pull the upper return line from the tranny I could not get it far enough out of the bore to connect a hose to since I have a 4" MBRP turbo back exhaust. So I went and got a 7/8-14ndf hydraulic fitting and pumped the fluid directly from the cooler.Hope this helps.

Looks good I was under my truck wondering how I would get one of the cooler lines off to do a flush when needed this deffinatly helps.

How long did it take to get the grille off?

Grill comes out in two minutes.Pull the dowels holding the plastic rad guard and set aside.Grill is on clips.Pull the tabs out at the corners between the lights and work your way towards center.DONE
