Strange Wheel Problems

Anyone had this happen? And if so, should this be covered under factory warranty? Truck has 55,000 miles and are the factory tires that have never been dismounted. Always ran around 75lbs.

Looks like a tire problem not a wheel.

Looks like cords rubbing the wheel caused it. Hard to say from pictures though.

What year truck what tires?

Well that's different. Figured it was older than that.. All wheels that way or just one?

Looks like that tire had something between tire and bead, or tire bad bead problems.
