i am about to replace the starter solenoid because one of the connections broke off. Anyways the question is can i replace the solenoid without removing the started or would it be easier to remove the whole starter to do this? any tips?

remove the starter, its 2 bolts, the battery terminal and the ign wire to take off.
my starter was easier to get to from underneath, because of my downpipe on the twins.
that same thing happenend to me!!!
one of the terminals fell off.
i got my starter from the side, if its easer take off the tire or squeeze in there and i used a bunch of extensions to get to the starter bolts :thumb:
