I think maybe stock idler pulleys, and a slightly longer belt, and I can bring over the compressor to the idler and then back up to 2nd pump will work ok.

Flat black frame, 3500 leaf springs with new bushings, and stainless brake lines. Still have a long ways to go.....

Pressure washed it twice. It looks good from a distance, I really should have put the wire wheel to it, but I am really anxious to get the thing done, been 3 months since the accident, I am ready to drive it again

I sourced it from McMasterCarr. I got the idea from BullfrogJohnson, I like to try and come up with different ideas, but there is not much that could be different. That is just my return block. I will be using a AN y-block for the supply side, just have to get the motor set back in the frame rails to mock up the supply side, should be easy with the cab off.

This is the current way I have it routed, with a 149" belt, I may try a slightly shorter belt, as I would like to see a little more tension

Use a shorter belt and when it goes from the alt to idler then back up around tensioner I would instead go alt and around tensioner and down. Remove that third idler

Ok thats the belt that came with the PPE kit. I routed it the way you described, but I wasnt real satisfied with the tension on the belt. The way I have it now, has more tension. I still may play with belt lengths to see if I can get it tighter.
