Mine have been living comfortably at around 1150whp. I've ran all sorts of different air and fuel setups on these pistons. Been ran at 3000us on 30% injectors, 2750us on 100% injectors and 2600us on 175% injectors. Nozzles have all been from either industrial injection or extrude hone. Have had single 72mm, 72/88 compounds, 75/88 compounds, 75/98 compounds and currently now 75/106 compounds.

Heads will be off here in a few weeks for new gaskets, I'll post some pics of how the pistons look.

For what it is worth, we are running 5,582psi on Brett's Race Cast Oval bowl pistons with his current setup that he has been running for the past couple years. This pressure was made at the tune of 1447hp 2304ftlbs @88psi boost on 2275us 26*peak.

Had my heads off this weekend. Roughly 6000 miles on the motor. Probably 50+ 1/4 mile passes on it and just about every street mile is very aggresive. Pistons looked great. 1800°+ EGT's and 85 psi boost.

Jon, I am looking at getting a block honed in preparation for a set, what bore spec do you recommend for your pistons. Just not sure if I will need to bore it , or spec to shoot for.

Each sets gonna be different. There is a bore spec sent with them to go off of. But some builders use there own clearences. .
