The seats in my 2002 are in decent shape. I do want to replace at least the foam bun on the driver side though. Seeing that they are both powered cloth with manual lumbar adjuster, makes me think that they aren’t the original seats to this truck. Can anyone confirm the year(s) of these seats, before I buy the wrong foam? Please/thank-you!

Wally

I believe cloth power were standard on LS back then. IIRC, power leather was standard on LT. Manual cloth was work truck. Someone else will probably know for sure.

^^ pretty much. You could get different power options on the seats iirc on the LS. The LT came leather and full power. Ill see what the brochure i have at home says

Nah, keep what you have. Mating the 03-07 electrical to your 02 would just cause you headaches.

Electrical is simple. I have no heat and no memory switch. :) But if there’s no more comfort to be had by upgrading to ‘03-, then I’ll just refresh my foam.

I don’t know how much power options came on the 03+ trucks, but my seats have power lumbar and side bolsters. My ‘04 had manual seats so I can’t really compare comfort, but I like my ‘02 seats pretty good. Of course my ‘07 had power seats and I’d say the “02’s are better.
The Honda Odyssey second row manual seats are super comfy in the Kodiak, but that’s neither here nor there ?

If I were to put different seats in a truck like yours, I would use seats from an 03 Denali truck. They had options that no other seats I have ever owned have. They were sweet.
