S485 vs S488

In a twin setup with a internally gated s366/73/.91 charger. Fuel is 14mm pump with 300 overs. I've never driven either on the street before so I need opinions before a jump. Truck is a street/strip but will see more street. I currently have a s480/96/1.32 what would you go with FI S485/96/1.32 or FI S488/96/1.32 or something else?

Either one would be fine with that 366 in the valley. That's your limitation.

I agree with Josh above. I've been around 2x 369/488 setups and they've been good running trucks. Personally, if your goals are north of 1k consistently I prefer S4/S4 or S4/GT55 as they hold up much better overall.

I agree about the s4/s4 but the s3 was easy to adapt into my current MPI twin kit. I've spent a small fortune already so I had to draw the line somewhere. Another 7 or 8k wasn't in the budget. I figured with it being gated I could get away with it for awhile
