Just added Cognito UCA's and Fox shocks to my Cognito 4-6-in NTBD lift.

Question:

Will ride quality deteriorate if I max out tbars while having more than 3/4-in space between UCA and frame stop? Lift is currently set at approx. 5-in. I have 2-in of space between UCA and frame stop. I'd like to raise to full 6-in as long as ride doesn't suffer. With exception of tierod ends and cv shaft, other angles look great with new hardware.

Thanks

cranking the truck up 1" will not give you 3/4" of space between the UCA and bump stop. you will likely have 1.5" of space.

i would not go beyond the 6" lift. if you do, ride starts to suffer.

As long as the shock travel is adequate and it's not hitch in any stops you shouldn't have a problem. Make sure the ballpoints are on the bottom side of the arms.
