retuning

i have efi live now on my truck dsp5. The truck was tuned when i got it and i dont know who tuned it is there anyway to tell. I need to get retuned after the egr delete and i was reading some can be locked can u get retuned from someone else if its locked out? new to this tuning thing.

If you have a v2 to read it and can open the tuning it won't be locked. If you can't open the tuning it is locked. It can be fixed wither way.
