So I've been posting about my issues and thanks for the help. I pulled my engine and replaced the head gaskets and injectors. This is what i know. I used crappy oreilys reman injectors. 1st mistake. I used victor "c" gaskets and new gaskets and seals on everything i removed. The engine idles better than ive ever heard it. No smoke of any kind. Blowby is way down. I put valve seals on amd took .005 off heads. My problem is knocking sound under load. Not at idle or when at hwy speed. I dont think its a rod. I did hydrolock it once though but i didnt have a way to measure protrusion. It sounds sorta like an exhaust leak but its not. Thats why i think its one bad injector. Any ideas on how to isolate it by disconecting one injector at a time maybe?

Well that is the next thing i suspect. I loosened all rocker adjustment screws and set at .012 however i followed some instructions on here but couldnt get tdc. I didnt know it was a mark on balancer. So i ran them all once like suggested. Then twice more the way i would a solid lift gas engine. I rotated the crank and did one cylinder at a time. After exhaust closed i turned until intake closed then a little more. What i did was get each lobe on the base circle of the cam. This method has always worked for me on bug trucks and others. I could have missed one but miss it 3 times? Its possible. If anything one could be too loose.what do yall think?

I have heard bad knock from a stuck injector and it went away after a bit but i do not want to dis miss some other type of problem that could be.can you make a short video of the truck running and post it on here so we can hear it?Have you tryed some tc3 2 stroke oil in the fuel? it really quiets the motor down and lubes the fuel system ?1 full quart per full fuel tank

Tc3? And if its not valve lash issue i need to know everything about balance rates. Any suggestions on reading and also anyone in memphis area with efi live software? Also why cant i use a cap and remove the fiel lines one at a time and cap off each injector supply one at a time to find if its fuel knock? I could get a fuel line and weld it shut to use as a cap. What will this hurt? Will this method work?

Not sure on the above. But if it only does it under a load i would think its a timing rattle.

You would be better off getting a tech II and shutting off injectors one at a time to isolate which cylinder it is to diagnose.

Its tc-w3 and i've done what your refering to with capping off fuel lines to diagnose a no start issue but I don't think I would do it and drive around.

x2 on stuck injector lb7 injectors are picky wouldnt rule out timing but lean more to injector. the more pressure driving the louder it gets.

It may also just be an exhaust leak. I have seen plenty of manifold/up pipe leaks that don't leak until drive pressure gets pretty high.

So how would one remedy a stuck injector? Replace it? Or just try an overly concentrated dose of stanadyne or similar? The lb7 I just picked up has this same symptoms. A loud tick that gets louder with more throttle and is nearly silent at idle but I can faintly hear it with the hold open and my head close. Sounds similar to an exhaust leak.
