Headed to the track tomorrow night. Switched back to the pyos and 285/75's.

Was wandering what everyone runs pressure wise. I was thinking maybe 40 lbs?

What tires / load rating? I think most have run down to 25psi or so.

You going to Trails? They running 1/4mi again yet?

We're mounting up the 28x10s on my pyos tomorrow. No tubes and steel valve stems, I was gonna ask is how low is to low without tubes?

I am having issues with notifications on here

I aired them down to 37 lbs last time and cut a 1.79 60 and went 13.59 @ 97.28

I went back out on Sunday and went to 36lbs on all 4 corners and cut a 1.76 60 and went 13.44 @ 98.69. I played with air pressure and couldn't get it to leave with out lighting them up as soon as I hit it. I went as low as 30 in the front and 34 in the rear and still had some issues.

Good idea russ. Lol

Our track has a compressor so I just air up there. When I did my 11.2 i thought my rear tires were at 16 or 18 i can't remember what we were going for. But the crappy slime tire pressure guage was wrong, when i got on the dyno you have to have a minimum of 20 psi in the rear tires and he checked with there good tire pressure guage and both rears were at 10 psi and I had that pressure in there when I trapped 126. Felt fine but probably wasn't safe lol. So I've run the rears that low and the fronts were probably at 15 thinking they were around 20. Thats on the lmm wheels and i think they are only one inch wider.

Mine are the 16" pyos. I forget the width.

Next time I'll go lower into the 20's and see.

Tires

I would drive mine like that no problems at all. I wouldn't tow or haul anything but it drove ok. It has a nice ride like that also. lol

I would see no problem at all running mid to low 20s. Alot depends on the tire though, how stiff the sidewalls are and how bad they will cup at lower pressure. Mine seem to do the best at around or right under 20
