OK so i got a crazy idea. i want to build a jump starting switch for jumping some of our farm equipment. i want to use the PTO function to bring the idle up to like 1500. how would i wire in a switch for this? :dontknow:

IMO, the standard LLY high idle mod should work for that. It uses the PTO function to raise the idle.

thats what i normally do but my clock spring in the column is broken. do to laziness and lack of funds i haven't fixed it yet 
i figured a wire and switch would be cheaper, but i really don't feel like messing with those darn ECM pins again. looks like the smart thing would be to bite the bullet and get a new clock spring.
