Power steering issues

So I’ve had an issue with my steering being pretty hard to turn. I drove a buddy’s 02 the other day And you can turn his with one finger!! But mine I literally have to grasp it with both hands.. I replaced the power steering pump a few months ago and it got a little better but now I have time to mess with it again, any other suggestions?

Your profile says 20x12's so what size tire.are you running? What size is he running? This will make a difference

Same exact wheel size, same exact tire size as well. 305/ 55/ 20

Offset plays a role in that not just diameter

Wasn’t there issues with the old style booster going out and causing issues?

Could be the gearbox having some problems also

That’s what I’m planning on replacing next. Just wanted to see if anyone had the same issues.
