Thanks for all the help. We as shop advice to replace it.
Custumer doesn't want it.
When we put it back together i will post the result.
The head is back end of the week.

Hey

We got the piston in the now we sold 1 piston replace ment
Now i want bilt the engine up again but i dont know any torq moments
Of the injectors, the cil. head, the piston on crackshaft. And how to adjust the rocker arms??
Hope you can help me out

The head bolts from the factory are TTY (torque to yield) so they're "one and done" and need to be replaced, same for the rod bolts as far as I know...

The Chevrolet Silverado is finished
the piston is replaced and everything went very well.

the customer is very happy that we could help him with his Silverado
but we could not do it this fast without the help from you guys.

We appreciate the help and are grateful for it.

and maybe in the future we will come here again for any more help about American Cars.
