P1631 no crank no start

Hi all, was wondering if anyone had any ideas on why my truck would randomly throw a p1631 code and not crank or start? All happened the other morning when I went to start my truck and nothing happened, just the gauge cluster reset like it would when you would normally go to start it. The truck has a new bcm as of 1k miles ago, not sure if that’s related, and a new steering column as of 500 miles ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!

Yes I did, I’ve had that in for about a thousand miles now with no issues that’s why I feel like it probably would be something else
