yes thanks guys its always tough around the holidays for sure makes me think about it more often. My sister is over now and me and my brother in law are going in 6 months so we wont see her for alomst two years. cant wait for it all to be over with.

Ramadi can suck a big one. It wasn't half bad when we first got there, being the only guard unit in al anbar amongst 45,000 marines, we were left alone and everything went smoothly. Once the 82nd took over, everything went downhill, Ramadi and Hit and Haditha started going to hell in a handbasket. The PTT mission the Marines had structured was spot on, once the 82nd tried to change that to a MMT mission for us, nothing got done

Yea that place can effin suck it. My team went there in 06. Sustained quite a few wia and we lost michael monsoon and Marc lee. Considering that place was the wild west at the time, we didn't fair to bad on the casualties. I wasn't there at the time. But in 08-09 I was. As well as Mosul, hit and rutbah.

We have prob pounded the same dirt!
