It hits harder in the cold side but the hot side is safer.
The nitrous can be cold enough to blow the fire out.
Then it hangs out in the exhaust which may find more fire.
Then it backfires.
No idea how much you are sprayin but I have sprayed a 300 shot in the cold side on a dyno.
But I probably got lucky!

I'd run it after IC. The hotter the air is before the IC the better it should be at pulling heat out.
That is true as well.
I was just thinking from a efficiency stand point, but your points should certainly be considered as well.
The main thing is to let the truck run out on fuel and get the iat hot first. Then spray.
Or use a progressive controller.

well..... it's on the truck... may as well make use of it once the motor is back in it
