Im pretty sure I got it figured out now. The medium sized o-ring under the primer was the problem (that's where fuel was coming from this morning). The one that came in the first replacement kit I bought was flat instead of round like the factory o-ring. I bought another kit and noticed it was also round, like the original unit. As a temporary fix I put the original o-ring back in and it's running fine for now. I'll order a better set and return the second Dorman brand I bought from O'Reileys this morning after it gets here. I think in this picture you can see the difference in width between the two.
