Question: NHRDA Pro street rules?

Just wondering what guys have done for this rule, I just noticed it today.

I'm wondering specifically about the axles?

10.99 seconds and quicker 1/4 mile (6.99 1/8​

We have floating axles, so there is no need for things like "C clip eliminator" kits. Even if an axle breaks it stays put. I've shown NHRA officials, and it was said to pass.
