Recently picked up a 2019 Silverado. Diggin the power for towing my boat and equipment trailer. Til the Service stabilitrac became an issue. 2nd larger issue is the reduced power mode due to exhaust filter cleaning mode wont clear after multiple drives to clear. Preface to that becoming a problem is the fact that the aftercooller pipe popped off. Missing wire clamp-- Got that taken care of. Ran great for a mile or so then the check engine lite and exhaust filter clean and reduced power mode. Arrrggg. Hope this makes some sense to you guys.. Figured I give it a shot here before limping into the $shop.

Unless you got a scanner that can get in there and see codes, control functions like a forced regen and have the time to learn, its going to be hard to do much

I can tell you from experience that you're at a crossroads. If you really love the truck, you can either fix it or delete it, depending on where you live.
Neither way is cheap or easy, but you need to have the truck properly diagnosed by a shop first.

Example: If you have the DEF countdown started, it could be any one of four different things in that system -- the pump/heater, control module, injector or NoX sensors. It can get expensive quickly.
