I just bought a 2007.5 3500HD 4x4 dually. The owner said it had no tuner installed on it that he knew of. It had a straight pipe exhaust though and in the glove box was a FlashScan V2 OBDII Cable and it seems to run pretty good. Is there anyway to find out what tune it has on it?
New to me truck, EFI Live installed already?

Unfortunately no. You could contact the previous owner or throw it on a dino and see what kind of tune it has. But you'll never know for sure.
Have to copy the current tune and have someone look at it for you. Not hard if you have the V2, unless the tune is locked.
previous owner had no idea ...was just a young cowboy on a ranch..owned the truck for a couple years. It just had the cable in the glove box was all I found.
I'd imagine if it was a farm truck it probly just had a stock delete tune, not always the case but most farmers/ranchers aren't looking to put parts on a work truck.
