New High Def cutter is here!!!

Finally after 6 months of build time! They picked a bad day for it though. Should be up and cutting by the end of the week.

Here's some details;

It will cut 6 1/2 x 12 foot sheets of up to 1 1/2" thick steel!!!!
Quality is close to laser
Had to put in 400 amp service
The power supply is about 1/3 the size of a car ;)

I guess Im the only person here who has no idea what you'd use something like that for. :confused: Even so, congrats on buying it. :)

lol I would guess he's using it to cut his header flanges, and any other flat pieces that's a big mofo and having a manufacturing background I have wood... lol

You'll really like the quality of that machine. My neighbor back home switch to a HD plasma cutter and it does a fantastic job.

Are you going to run N2, O2, or CO2 with your air?

I need to swing buy one of these days to see it and pickup some parts from you.
