New draw bar hitch

Going to be building a new pulling hitch going to drawbar style an not sure which to go with. The top pic with the adjusting bars goin back to the rearend. Or the bracing off the rear of the frame an adjusters coming off it which style is better an how thick of metal to build with

The newest thoughts on drawbar design is to have the drawbar match the angle of the chain. The math on this mounts the hitch to the frame much further back than center of the axle. The drawbar ends up much steeper and shorter than the designs you attached. In my feeble mind, this new design makes sense.
