truck wont start unless i use silicone spray and it sputters at full throttle fuel is at 3500 psi and its requesting 5500 at idle

You posted on Diesel Place that this condition occurred after reflashing your truck with EFILive. First suggestion is to reflash your stock tune back into the vehicle to determine if it's tune related or truck/mechanical related.

its a 02 lb7 i had to do a full flash and lost my stock tune now i dont know what OS I'm supposed to run which could be a problem

If it helps, here is a copy of my stock tune as well. It's on 02. I don't have efilive on this computer anymore so I couldn't see if Steve's is the same as mine or not. If it helps, great. If not, sorry.

truck # 1 and # 2 are running either the Edge or Banks, are you using these in addition to EFI live, if so, try ditching the edge and/or banks and see if the problem is still present

you're sure the petcock on the bottom of filter is tight and WIF sensor and filter is tight?

yea i checked it and changed the filter twice it dont sputter with a stock tune but does with a race or any other

It throws that low rail code immediately or after driving or....??

I don't know much about EFI, but, do you have a lift pump? If this is only happening with excess fuel demand at higher RPMs, and again at start up with a tune already loaded, could the demand for fuel be too much for the CP3 to push causing the low fuel rail pressure problem?
