Low rail pressure with dual fuelers

Just got my dual fuelers on and it's constantly tripping the low rail pressure light could that be in the tuning?

Could be the fprv not tight enough. Mine had to be very tight.

Bottle test bet you got an injector sending fuel back to the tank

There all brand new injectors flow tested balanced everything I'll start by tightening the fprv

On my way out to pa last night I was monitoring desired and actual when desired was at 23 actual was at 20

I've seen new injectors pass fuel when I had 1 injector passing I was commanding 23000 and getting 17 18 Sometimes even 21 It doesn't cost anything to bottle test atleast you can eliminate that

Tuning can be a huge factor, who's tuning have ypu contacted them about it or is it your own?

It might be the cp3. I was getting low fuel pressure at wot and it was the cp3 in the valley on its way out

Rob did my tuning have to send him logs but I noticed as I accelerate desired will be 24 actual will hit like 21 and then start dropping from there it went down to 9.3 once it's all over the place

Sounds like CP3. If it was injectors it would hold the pressure until you got to a certain throttle position. My pump would hold 26000the all day long at 75%the or less throttle one I went higher then 75%mine throttle rail pressure would drop like a rock. Found out injectors are shot.

Now I just gotta figure out witch one how do I test the cp3 I'm still gonna do a bottle test too

Id check FPRV first, but id go to injectors befor the cp3, also check lift pump operation and pressure.

Yeah I'm leaning towards lift pump or frpv cause my pump is really noisy

If your lift pump is screaming you could have a blockage

Brand new or not id still do the bottle test its a PITA but its a free test and like i said ive seen brand new injectors bad.

Bottle test on the PRV is VERY easy takes less then 2 mins.
