Allison 6sp: Looking for Allison builder in Eastern Pennsylvania

My 07 Classic has an early PPE Stage 5 with an ATS converter. It's hanging up on the 2-3 shift and I don't think the converter matches the upgrades to the engine. Looking for reputable shop to go through it, remove what remains of the ATS Copilot and give input on new converter. I'm currently near Harrisburg PA.
